As always, collective readings are a channeling of many, many people’s energy. It won’t resonate completely for everyone, and won’t present itself exactly the same in everyone’s life. Take what resonates, leave the rest!

This week, we may be tempted to return back to something we left behind for good reason. We open up the week in 8 of cups reversed - “should I stay or should I go” energy. But you’ve already made the decision, and you’re being called to honor it. Leave the drama, distraction, and impulse to re-enter shortsighted dynamics behind for good.

You’ve been working diligently for a new beginning - a beginning you may not even really notice you’re conjuring by being dedicated to your craft and becoming aligned with your passions and personal strengths (8 of pentacles). 8 - the number of personal power and abundance - was a pattern in this week’s reading. The challenge you’re facing this week is about emotional endurance - do you really believe you are who you say you are? Do you really believe you’re worthy of the rewards of your work?

The devil is in the details. The key to keeping forward momentum towards your goals and general growth (The Chariot reversed) is to settle into your mastery and focus on the business that pays you. Leave drama exactly where you found it. Don’t expect massive and immediate shifts in how you feel about something that once shattered you or created chaos and conflict in your life - it’s normal to experience backslides and emotional flashbacks when we’re confronted with the past. It’s almost like whatever reappears this week - an old fling, old feelings of dejection, an offer or opportunity - is a test. There’s no losing - nothing meant for you can be missed - but it is possible to be stalled and deterred. It’s important to make small choices in favor of integrity this week and do your best to move through what’s drawing your attention from the prize.

The prize in question is taking a chance on something brand new (The Fool). You may have an intuitive hit that there is something coming in that will revitalize your zest for life right now, and you’re right! It’s time to be a little brave, and accept that the safety you have worked to build cannot be taken from you should you choose to move forward from what is tethering you to the past. You will most likely be far safer in the new than you have returning to the old.
